- We ask that you ship your equipment to us via a trackable carrier such as UPS or Fedex. The US Postal service does not offer true package tracking; only delivery confirmation. This is not helpful for finding where a package is if it has been delayed or lost by the carrier. Insuring the package is up to you the customer. Additionally, please make certain that your package is shipped in a plain container without any indication as to what is inside. This is to help insure the safe delivery of your package to Infected Armory and avoid theft or loss of the package during shipping. We recommend using the original packaging that your equipment was purchased in, but turned inside out. We will use YOUR packaging to send the equipment back to you, so please use durable packaging boxes and materials.
- After contacting us, we will send you the full details of your order, estimated service time, and shipping information.
- Just as you would pay for your own gas to drive to a store and pick up a product, you pay the shipping cost to "pickup" your Airsoft equipment from us.
- Service times are dependent upon the current workload, the availability of the parts you need / requested, the time it takes to ship the product to us, and what work has been requested. We aim to let you know the expected time of completion, and will do our best to inform you if that changes for any reason. We will not skimp on workmanship, and as such if a technician does not feel that an upgrade or repair is not satisfactory he / she will continue to work on it till we can be certain it will be more than acceptable to our customers. Quality of workmanship and integrity are the number one priority.
- Infected Armory warranties every upgrade and repair for a period of 15 days beginning from the date you receive your equipment from our service department. This warranty only covers labor. Each part carries the manufacturer's warranty (if applicable), and it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the manufacturer for any warranty claims on parts. Infected Armory is not liable for failures due to defective parts. This warranty is void if the equipment serviced is disassembled or altered by anyone other than an Infected Armory technician.
